The Ministry of Finance has established and improved the collection, use and management system of credit information in the bookkeeping agency industry, mastered the practice and credit situation of bookkeeping agencies and their practitioners by means of information technology, studied and formulated industry credit rating and evaluation systems and standards, and organized and promoted their implementation. The local Ministry of Finance will take credit supervision as an important method to improve the efficiency of supervision, according to the actual situation in the region, promote the establishment of a credit classification and supervision mechanism, the implementation of pre-credit verification, credit evaluation grading and classification inspection, reward and punishment and credit repair of the whole chain of the whole field supervision, through trustworthy incentives and punishment measures to continue to strengthen the construction of industry integrity.
Establish and improve the coordination mechanism between financial departments and tax, market supervision and other regulatory departments, actively promote cross-departmental joint supervision, promote information system docking and data sharing, strengthen the integration of regulatory resources, strengthen policy cohesion, and form regulatory synergy. Strengthen the cooperation between the accounting management institution of the financial department and the supervision and inspection institution, clarify the division of responsibilities, consolidate the responsibility of the work, and coordinate the management of the bookkeeping industry.
