The business of credit investigation carried out by commercial credit institutions generally includes four links: accepting the investigation commission, making the investigation plan, implementing the investigation plan and writing the investigation report.

(2) Formulation of investigation plan Before carrying out investigation business, credit reporting institutions shall, according to the investigation purposes, investigation items and investigation methods determined in the contract, formulate as detailed and comprehensive investigation plans as possible to ensure that the collection of credit information meets the requirements.
