Build a green credit evaluation index system for key polluting enterprises according to the requirements of environmental departments for industry supervision and business, and according to the catalog data collected and shared. Based on the regulatory demand orientation and the principle of equal emphasis on constraints and incentives, different dimensions of evaluation indicators such as “green law enforcement, pollution source monitoring, discharge permit enforcement, and social responsibility fulfillment” can be considered. In order to reflect the differentiated regulatory requirements, the green credit evaluation results can be set up with different evaluation levels. In order to promote the accuracy of credit supervision, credit evaluation should be updated dynamically and in real time. In order to reflect the principle of equal rights and responsibilities, the application period of the evaluation of the list of serious untrustworthy should be appropriately extended, and the application period of the evaluation of credit repair matters should be appropriately shortened.

3. Deepen the construction of green credit product system. From the point of view of the main body, the object of evaluation will be gradually expanded from the key subjects to individual industrial and commercial households, public institutions and other producers and operators; From the perspective of indicator setting and weight setting, improve the green credit evaluation system focusing on pollutant discharge units, environmental impact assessment intermediaries, waste treatment enterprises, etc., and energy conservation credit evaluation system focusing on energy consumption enterprises. The construction of the green credit system reflects the government-led principle. The effectiveness of the application of green credit before, during and after the event cannot be achieved without the implementation of the main responsibility of the enterprise. The smooth operation of various system processes benefits from the supervision and participation of the public throughout the process.
