We will introduce an overall work plan for building a unified national credit market, comprehensively clean up credit policies and measures that impede a unified market and fair competition, strengthen anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition supervision and law enforcement, carry out special rectification in key areas such as project bidding and bidding, and strive to eliminate prominent problems such as local protection and market segmentation, which are strongly reflected by business entities. We will fully implement the negative list system for market access, explore the formulation of a national unified index system for evaluating market access effectiveness, and continue to optimize the market access environment. We will deepen the integration and sharing of public resource trading platforms, revise the guidelines for the national public resource trading catalog, carry out cross-regional compatibility and mutual recognition of digital certificates, and improve the market-oriented allocation of public resources.
We will step up efforts to improve the business environment in key regions, and introduce a three-year action plan for building a world-class credit environment in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
